Privacy Policy

The Service is operated by Beijing Tuling Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can exercise your rights.

1. What we collect

• Account information: your email address and your password, which is stored encrypted (we cannot see your plaintext password).
• Content you write: your note text, the images, recordings and files you upload, and the schedule, people, places and notes organized from them.
• Usage records: the number and time of logins and uses, and the IP address at login (used for security and abuse prevention; we infer only an approximate province and city from it and do not record precise location).

2. How we use it

• Providing the Service: organizing your schedule, linking people and places, search, reminders, and answering your questions in chat.
• Protecting accounts and the Service: limiting abnormal registrations and logins, and detecting attacks and abuse.
• Improving the Service: we look only at aggregate counts and times, and do not read your content.

3. Third-party processing

• Model service: to understand what you write, the relevant text is sent to a model service for recognition, used only to complete your request.
• Map service: to confirm place names, only the place name is sent to the map service for lookup, and none of your other content.
• Speech to text: when you use voice, recording segments are sent to a speech recognition service to be converted to text. After transcription we do not keep any copy beyond the recording itself.
• Except where necessary to provide the Service as described above, we do not provide your content to any third party and we do not sell it.

4. External data and AI platform authorization

Both of the following happen only when you choose to authorize them; nothing is read without authorization. You can revoke each one in the app at any time.

• External data (email, text messages, contacts): you authorize each source individually. Incoming content is first placed under “Pending confirmation”, and only the commitments and contacts you click “Add” on are recorded into your schedule and people; we never change your existing content automatically. We store only the sender, the subject or the first few dozen characters, the time, and the key points extracted from them, not full email bodies; sensitive text messages such as verification codes, bank cards and balances are discarded immediately and never stored. Ignored items are deleted automatically after 30 days, and items never handled after 60 days. When you revoke a source, content still waiting for your confirmation is deleted immediately, and you can also choose to delete what has already been added to your notes.
• AI platform authorization (Claude, ChatGPT / Codex, WorkBuddy, etc.): they can read your notes only after you click “Allow” on the authorization page or generate a token yourself; whether to allow writing is your choice, and access is read-only by default. Content they write is labeled with its source and can be undone. Tokens are stored only as hashes and stop working immediately once revoked.

5. Data storage and isolation

Each account’s data is isolated from the others, and other users cannot see your content. We also do not view your content in the admin console, which shows only counts and times. Data is stored in a cloud database and transmitted over encrypted connections.

Retention: while your account exists we keep your content so you can view and use it at any time. After you delete your account, we delete all of your content within 30 days. Where laws and regulations require records to be kept (such as network logs), we retain them separately for the legally required period and delete them when it ends.

6. Your rights

• View and edit: you can view, edit and delete your content at any time, and every organizing step can be undone.
• Export: you can export all of your records.
• Account deletion: you can ask to delete your account, and we will delete the account and all of its data.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in, and not for advertising or tracking.

8. Minors

The Service is intended for adults. If you are a minor, please use it with the consent and guidance of a guardian.
