1. About the service
Remember Ai (the “Service”) is an AI notes app that organizes what you write: the text you write and the files and recordings you upload are organized into a schedule, people, places and notes, and you are alerted to things like time conflicts. By registering an account and using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Service is operated by Beijing Tuling Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”).
2. Account
- You register with an email address and a password. Please use a real email address that you can receive mail at, and set a password of at least 8 characters.
- Please keep your password safe. Actions taken through your account are treated as your own. If you find your account has been used by someone else, change your password promptly and contact us.
- Do not register accounts in bulk, use scripts to bypass verification or rate limits, or lend or resell your account.
3. Your content
- The content you write and upload belongs to you. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
- To provide organizing, search and reminders, your content is processed, and its text is sent to a model service for recognition. We process it only to provide the Service.
- Do not upload unlawful content or other people’s materials that you have no right to use.
- Organized results are generated automatically and may contain errors. For important times and tasks, rely on your original text; every organizing step can be undone.
4. Authorization and connections
You may authorize external data such as email, text messages and contacts, or authorize AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT / Codex and WorkBuddy to access your notes. Authorization is your choice and can be revoked at any time; once revoked, we stop reading immediately and clean up as described in the Privacy Policy. Third parties you authorize use your data under their own rules, so authorize only apps you trust. Write access is off by default and requires your explicit choice.
5. Rules of use
Do not use the Service to attack or interfere with the Service itself, bypass rate limits or security verification, probe other people’s data, or for any unlawful purpose. If you violate this, we may restrict or suspend your account.
6. Changes to the Service
We keep improving the Service, and features may be added, changed or removed. For major changes, we will say so on the website in advance. You can currently sign up and use the Service directly; if it becomes paid in the future, we will tell you in advance and make sure you can export your own content.
7. Export and account deletion
You can export all of your records in the app at any time. To delete your account, contact us and we will delete your account and its data.
8. Limitation of liability
We will do our best to keep the Service stable and your data safe, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, network failures or similar causes beyond the fees you have paid. Please keep your own backup of important content (the export feature makes this possible).
9. Changes to these terms and contact
When the terms are updated, the date will be shown on this page. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms. For any questions, suggestions or complaints, email us at help@aifin.ltd.
