Keyboard shortcuts
- Enter: new line. Tab: indent as a detail.
- ⌘/Ctrl + Enter: mark done. ⌘/Ctrl + G: jump to a date.
- Writing -ok at the end of a line also marks it done.

What if it organizes something wrongly?
Every organizing step can be undone. You can also tell it in chat what’s wrong, and it will find the cause and fix it.
Will my content be changed?
No. Your original text is the single source of truth. The schedule, people and places it organizes all come from that text and never change what you wrote.
Can I take my data with me if I change jobs or leave?
Yes. Your data lives in your own account, not in your company's systems, and you can export it at any time.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Just open it in your phone’s browser, or add it to your home screen. Press and hold to talk: your voice is turned into text and handed to the assistant.
Does it cost anything? Are there memberships and points?
Signing up makes you a regular member, and it is free to use. Premium members get larger allowances and a gift of R points every period. R points can also be bought on their own: once the free allowance is used up, some features are charged by usage in R points. What each tier includes is on the Membership & points page.
